Anita is so very willing to accomodate. She wraps her items with great care and ships promptly. But more than that she is a terrific shop owner who is very interested in pleasing her customers. Anita was very responsive, asked me lots of detailed questions to understand exactly what I wanted and had the bracelet ready within a couple of weeks. I've been wearing the bracelet non stop for several weeks now, even getting it wet at times and it still looks beautiful! (I was worried that it may tarnish or something if I get it wet). Thanks so much, Anita! I have my favorite bracelet back!! :)
